Urea-formaldehyde （UF）resin is a thermosetting resin made out by a condensation polymerisation reaction between urea and formaldehyde.
UF Resin is the most popular resin used in Wood Panel product industry owing to its very high reactivity and economics of cost proven over the period of time.
Magicoh™ JB-2 is a spray-dried Urea Formaldehyde resin with no addition of filler, modifier or hardener. It is supplied in powder form for the convenience in shipping and handling for the overseas users. Magicoh™ JB-2 has a shelf life as long as twelve months when properly stored. |

| Application of UF Powder Resin |
Magicoh™ JB-2 is chiefly used as binder in wood panel products like plywood, particle board, MDF, OSB etc, besides its application in HPL industry as adhesive for impregnation of Papers.
It is also used in textile sizing, paper industry, laminated or corrugated box manufacturing as additive to substitute traditional binders made of starch. |

| Handling & Storage |
Magicoh ™ JB-2 should be stored in the original bags in a cool and dry place protected from heat and water.
Handle in accordance with good industrial hygienic and safety procedure. |
