"Hydrostability" is a unique requirement
aquatic feed producers face, that is how to maintain
the integrity of pelleted and extruded feeds
in an aquatic environment.
Most binders used in aquatic feed work great, until
they are exposed to water. Then, they fall apart, deteriorating
rapidly, leaving costly feed ingredients unused with
the residue disolving in water and polluting pond bottoms.
|
|
| |
|
MagicohTM HJ-1 provides a cost efficient
solution to your binder needs, which increases the hydrostability
(water resistance) of your aquatic feed and finally improves
your return on investment.
With MagicohTM HJ-1, you can produce
a feed that remains palatable as long as eight hours. That means more efficient use of feed, less waster and decayed matter on pond bottoms.

resin in powder form.It is recommended for use as feed binder

water tolerance and is applicable in both cold and hot press
systems for pelleted or extruded feeds. |

It is used only as a pellet binder. Add the binder directly
to the feed mixer prior to being granulated
at consumption rate 0.4% - 0.7% of the finished pellets, and
process with nomal pelleting or extruding
operation. Post cool the finished pellets for recommended time
is neccesary for stability improvement. |
